Initially
We meet for a FREE consultation to discuss your property and your needs.
Prior to us taking over management of your property, we conduct a thorough inspection, taking note of any maintenance required and making any further suggestions to potentially maximise your earnings.

Listing
We then create your Airbnb listing with quality copywriting and photography. If your property is already listed, we can offer suggestions to improve or completely overhaul the listing.
Your property is also listed on the Haus website property page and our social media pages.

Management

Moving forward, your Airbnb listing is managed 24/7, including guests communications and booking.
Guest manuals are created for your property as well as the local area and a lock box will be installed if required (guests meet and greet is also available). A pre-check in inspection is carried out prior to each and every guests arrival. Guests can also be provided with a Signature Haus Welcome Hamper, full of local goodies to enjoy throughout their stay.
At the conclusion of each stay, we co-ordinate cleaning, laundry and restock of kitchen and bathroom essentials as well as any routine maintenance required to keep your property looking amazing.
